How to set up monthly payroll giving

  1. Check with your employer: See if your workplace has an existing payroll giving program. If they do, contact your payroll or HR department to sign up.  
  2. Use a dedicated platform: If your employer doesn’t have a program, you can still set up monthly giving through GiveNow – https://www.givenow.com.au/coffskids.  
  3. Set your donation amount: Decide how much you want to donate from each pay check. The donation will be deducted before tax, so the cost to you will be lower than the amount the charity receives.  
  4. Confirm employer matching: Ask your employer if they offer a donation matching program, as many do to increase the impact of your contribution.
